This campaign supported the Dream It, Be It Girls Conference 2024, hosted by Soroptimist International White Rock & Surrey/Delta. Targeted at young women, transgender, and non-binary youth aged 15–19, the event aimed to empower participants through workshops, inspiring speakers, and activities. The social media strategy focused on boosting engagement, driving registrations, and increasing event awareness across platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
Process:
Developed a 30-day content calendar with themes like event announcements, speaker spotlights, and countdown posts to build excitement. Created tailored graphics, video teasers, and carousels for Facebook and Instagram, highlighting key event details. Collaborated with the client for approvals and scheduled posts via Meta Business Suite, ensuring a 100% on-time posting rate. Monitored engagement metrics and refined strategies to boost reach and interaction, improving overall campaign performance.
This campaign helped me refine my skills in strategic content planning, storytelling, and performance analysis. Overcoming the challenge of maintaining a consistent posting schedule and engaging a diverse audience, I successfully contributed to building awareness and excitement for the event.
